We look forward to this time each year.
It gives us the chance to share with you - the supporters who make it all possible - the true impact of your generosity and commitment.
This year, we’re taking the report beyond just numbers, as we also share some insights straight from those whose lives have been enriched by our work. Hearing directly from participants adds a depth of meaning that numbers alone can’t convey. Their words paint a vivid picture of our impact, reminding us that the real value of what we do lies not just in metrics, but in the lives touched and inspired along the way.
Of course, we’ve still included the numbers because they reflect our growth, and that growth means even more stories - more people discovering the arts, more lives touched, and more inspiration sparked along the way.
As you read through these heartfelt anecdotes, we hope you’ll feel inspired by the personal experiences of those who benefit from your support and see the real-life impact behind every figure and statistic.
Thank you for your advocacy and support which make all these moments possible.

Our Mission
Arts, education, and entertainment for all.
Our Vision
The Honeywell Foundation, Inc. will be the vibrant, fresh, and consistently relevant cultural hub of Wabash and the north central region of Indiana. With its world-class performing arts programming, innovative and expansive educational outreach, and attractive and well-maintained facilities....
Highlights
The arts have a proven, substantial impact during formative years by improving academic performance, motor skills, confidence, creativity, focus, and collaboration. Honeywell Arts in Education helps educators reap these benefits through programs like Visual Thinking Strategies, which uses visual images and student discussion to facilitate critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and writing. Arts Integration Teaching Artist Residencies use an approach that connects an art form with a classroom subject, engaging students in an exciting new way to learn and retain knowledge.
CommUNITY Arts is a multi-week collaboration with Manchester Community Schools and Tippecanoe Valley Schools, inspiring students to give voice to their individual stories through visual art, music, and storytelling.
Other education programs include a songwriting workshop with GRAMMY-nominated songwriter Steve Seskin, art shows and competitions, educational excursions to Honeywell venues, and literature-based live performances on the Honeywell Center stage. Education programs are offered at little or no cost to the schools, thanks to the generosity of people like you!
The impact
"she just lights up"
"I have a little girl with autism who is non-verbal. When Cote walks in, she gets the biggest smile on her face and she just lights up, and he can really sense what she needs. He will give her extra time when she gets to play the instrument, and he sometimes brings an extra one to give her."
- Kristi Clark, Wabash City Schools, on musician Cote Godoy's monthly visits to her kindergarten class.
"a safe and open space"
"They started to make friendships that would never have been made, had they not have had a safe and open space to communicate cross-culturally, and an opportunity to talk with people that they wouldn't have normally had classes with or opportunities to talk with otherwise."
- Nicole Brubaker, Manchester Jr. Sr. High School Spanish teacher, on CommUNITY Arts, a program to empower English Language Learner and Spanish students to express their personal stories through visual art and storytelling.

Arts For All offerings continue to inspire a lifelong love of the arts through art workshops, music lessons, and summer camps. All ages explore their creativity, develop new skills, and connect with others. A new addition this year was a multi-week art class for older adults, offered at no charge to the participants, made possible in part by your support, and a grant from the Indiana Arts Commission. The session culminated in a special reception, giving the artist the opportunity to showcase their talents with friends and family. The first session proved to be so popular, two more are planned!

"made really good friends"
“What's different than other productions is that it's more put together, and expectations are higher. But when you have the right people, it just goes really well. You're learning to work with a lot of different people. I’ve made some really good friends. It's been a great experience.”

The Clark Gallery served as a dynamic showcase of visual art and inspiration. The diverse range of exhibits included graphic artist Hugh Syme, known for creating album covers for Rush, Bon Jovi, Kiss, and more; Bryan Ballinger, former VeggieTales artist known for his colorful and whimsical art; and a special display in honor of the Wabash County Honors Band & Choir 50th Anniversary, a curated exhibit of past programs and memorabilia. The variety of exhibits highlight the versatility of the space, and the ability to captivate a wide spectrum of admirers.
Art receptions have become an enhancement to most exhibits. Receptions offer a welcoming space for artists and guests to connect, foster dialogue about the artwork, and deepen the engagement with the gallery. Maintaining our historic venues is a vital part of preserving our rich history while ensuring that we continue providing an inspiring space for arts, education, and entertainment. The recent renovation of the Honeywell Room in the Honeywell Center seamlessly blended modern updates with its timeless, elegant historic charm, offering a refreshed yet classic space for events and gatherings.
At all seven venues, meticulous care of the landscaping, walkways, and outdoor spaces ensures a welcoming environment and a pleasant first impression for our guests. Investing in the upkeep of our iconic spaces protects their historical significance, aligns with our mission to create vibrating environments where the arts can flourish, and is made possible by your support.
Our Venues
Honeywell Arts & Entertainment venues include seven locations in Wabash: Honeywell Center, Eagles Theatre, Honeywell House, Charley Creek Gardens, Dr. Ford Historic Home, 13-24 Drive In, and the Clarkson House. These venues serve as the home to most Honeywell offerings and are available for private rental.
Partner Venues
Honeywell continues to partner with venues across Indiana and Ohio, offering expertise, leadership, and services ranging from booking talent to guest relations and marketing support. These relationships benefit both venues, as they increase opportunities for a wider range of talent while ensuring independent venues can thrive in today's competitive world with larger entertainment entities. This year we added two outdoor concert venues to our network: Foellinger Theater in Fort Wayne and Pangle Pavillion in Lima, OH
Highlights
It was an exceptional summer at the 13-24 Drive In! Nearly 24,000 guests celebrated nostalgic outdoor movies – more than DOUBLE from last year. Eagles Theatre movies attracted 12,000 guests, including 1,600 for Free Movie Mondays this summer. This fall, Eagles was selected to host a fun outing for school students. Both venues present movies in a historic setting, but with modern equipment and quality. Affordable prices, especially compared to larger theaters, is often cited and appreciated, and is made possible by our generous donors.

Hospitality celebrated a year of reinvention, as annual events were re-imagined and new experiences were introduced to further delight our guests. Holiday brunches were transformed into a new experience in Legacy Hall. The Plaza Music Series featured local food trucks and a new shade tent. The tent was also a popular new option for Honeywell House weddings.
Other organizations and businesses chose to host their own events at our venues, with the St. Bernard Ball and Daniel’s Place Gala taking place in Legacy Hall and the Parkview Ballroom, respectively.

In addition to partner venues, we collaborate with other businesses and organizations in mutually beneficial ways. Over the summer, Honeywell was a presenting partner for the Fort Wayne TinCaps Pregame Concert Series, which included a presence at select games, offering the opportunity to interact with a new audience.
Honeywell also enjoyed a Fort Wayne presence during Taste of the Arts, an arts and culture festival presented by Arts United. A hands-on art project at our booth allowed us to connect with and engage families in a creative activity that showcased our commitment to arts education and community involvement.
The Honeywell facilities team extends knowledge and experience in maintaining complex venues with the Wabash County YMCA, fostering a community connection and ensuring that both organizations continue providing quality services in well-maintained spaces.
Our partnership with VetTix provides show tickets for military veterans to reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories, and encourage service members to stay engaged with the community and American life. The initiative honors our troops during and after their years of service to our country.
Other relationships like Honeywell programming sponsorships, Visit Wabash County, and Downtown Wabash, Inc. strengthen our programs while enhancing the visibility and engagement of our partners. These collaborations help further our mission while offering partners the opportunity to align with a vibrant and successful organization well-known in the region.

The trip was so popular that we’re exploring more opportunities that may include visits to national art museums and additional excursions across other states and countries. These trips aim to deepen appreciation of the arts while supporting cultural exchange and education.

We continue to earn widespread recognition for our dedication and impact. This year, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership presented Honeywell with the Brand Champion Award, a category within their Pioneer of the Year initiative that honors organizations and individuals who demonstrate that Northeast Indiana is a tremendous place to live, work, play, and serve.
Honeywell was also honored by Governor Holcomb during the Century and Half Century Business Awards, which recognizes businesses that have remained in operation for 100 or 50 years. With 83 years of history, it won’t be long before we’re honored again with the Century Award!
The Indiana Arts Commission selected Honeywell as a cohort for Lifelong Arts Indiana, a grant program that supports our free senior art workshops throughout the year. Cohorts consist of selected organizations that learn and grow in the area of creative aging, to ultimately become leaders and mentors to others.
And the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette selected the Honeywell Arts In Education program for a feature story on the Visual Thinking Strategies initiative.
