About The Honeywell Foundation

The Honeywell Foundation, DBA Honeywell Arts & Entertainment, is dedicated to the enhancement of artistic, social, cultural, and recreational opportunities for all. We are a nonprofit arts organization located in Wabash, Indiana. Founded in 1941 by industrialist Mark C. Honeywell, the Foundation reaches hundreds of thousands of guests each year through a variety of arts offerings including live concerts, visual art programs, family festivals, and recreational events. Offerings take place online and at six venues: the Honeywell Center, Honeywell House, Eagles Theatre, Charley Creek Gardens, Dr. James Ford Historic Home, and the 13-24 Drive In.

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences and driving sales through exceptional service and strategic insights? Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented leader to manage our Box Office operations and CRM strategy across all our vibrant venues!


As our Guest Relations & CRM Manager, you’ll lead a team to deliver world-class customer service, optimize ticket sales, and leverage data to engage our guests and grow our audience. From overseeing ticketing processes to developing guest satisfaction programs, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to make every visitor feel like a VIP. If you’re ready to bring your expertise in customer service, sales, and CRM management to a creative, fun, and energetic environment, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the daily operations and sales for the Box Office at our marquee venues.

  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to boost engagement and revenue.

  • Develop innovative customer service training and satisfaction programs.

  • Drive ticket sales through strategic marketing initiatives and data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate with our dynamic team to elevate guest experiences and maximize sales!


What You Bring:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Experience in CRM management, sales reporting, or ticketing operations.

  • Strong leadership skills and a knack for strategic thinking.

  • A love for the arts, entertainment, and making people smile!
