Honeywell Arts & Entertainment Announces New Hires and Service Awards

The organization hires two team members and recognizes years of service

Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is announcing new hires and service awards for 11 individuals, recognizing their dedicated contributions to the expansion of the organization. Their collective commitment and hard work make significant impacts to further Honeywell's mission of providing arts, education, and entertainment for all.

Honeywell Chief Operations Officer Kyle Dubois states, “Each new addition to the team and the commitment of our longstanding team members reinforces our values of excellence and service. The Honeywell team is full of great individuals who work together to create seamless operations."

NEW HIRES

Kenton Dix – Grounds & Projects (effective 3/5/24)

As Grounds & Projects, Kenton is responsible for all aspects of maintaining safe and attractive grounds around Honeywell Arts & Entertainment properties, providing preventive maintenance as needed. He has over six years of experience in maintenance, including time spent in the automotive industry.

Molly Dazey – Guest Relations Associate (effective 2/12/24)

As Guest Relations Associate, Molly ensures world-class guest interactions for Honeywell. She is responsible for assisting in the operation of the Box Office at the Eagles Theatre and Honeywell Center, providing consistency in customer service across all venues. Molly previously worked as a Pharmacy Consumer Medication Coordinator, Pharmacy Technician, and as a Hostess/Waitress at Bob Evans in Wabash.

In April, the team gathered for the Annual Team Appreciation Event, during which Honeywell leadership thanked the group and shared highlights from the past year. The celebration culminated with the distribution of service awards, which highlight years of service to the organization; service awards are as of the end of March 2024.

“This year, we are commemorating the 30th Anniversary of the ‘Miracle on Market Street,’ which was the major expansion of the Honeywell Center that built the Ford Theater, Eugenia’s Restaurant, and many other notable enhancements,” says Cathy Gatchel, Honeywell Chief Development Officer. “What was a ‘Miracle’ in 1994 is now something our greater region enjoys every day – but the exciting performances, events, and enriching arts and education experiences this expansion created only happen because of the dedicated work of team members who pride themselves in customer service and giving their best.”
