The organization promotes two team members and hires four team members
Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is announcing promotions and new hires within the organization. These individuals contribute to the continuous expansion of the organization’s programs. Their collective commitment and hard work have made a significant impact on the mission of arts, education, and entertainment for all.

Promotions
Melanie Tart – Vice President of Finance (effective 10/21/2024)
Melanie has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. She joined the Administration team in December 2003 and most recently held the title of Director of Finance. Melanie has demonstrated exceptional leadership and excellence in her work, maintaining a perfect audit history and significantly contributing to the organization’s financial success.
Caleb Phillips – Assistant Technical Director (effective 5/20/2024)
Caleb has been promoted to Assistant Technical Director. He joined the Programming team in September 2023 and most recently held the title of Part-time Stagehand. Caleb will serve as the primary technician for Honeywell Arts & Entertainment venues, overseeing technical production and lighting for musicals, plays, concerts, and corporate events.
In addition to the promotions, Honeywell Arts & Entertainment has hired four new team members.
New Hires
Jeff Tomson – Maintenance Technician (effective 10/28/2024)
As Maintenance Technician, Jeff brings extensive experience as an HVAC Service Technician and electrician/plumber. His expertise and dedication to service will greatly enhance the organization’s operational capabilities.
Kiley Wetherford – Event Sales Manager (effective 10/1/2024)
As Event Sales Manager, Kiley brings a strong background in activities management, allowing her to cultivate and expand the organization’s client base for corporate, social, and wedding events.
Jake Bunnell – Music Program Manager (effective 7/29/2024)
As Music Program Manager, Jake will contribute to the organization’s music lesson programming. A Wabash native, he recently returned after touring as a professional musician.
Emily Sommers – Arts & Entertainment Program Coordinator (effective 7/16/2024)
As Arts & Entertainment Program Coordinator, Emily brings experience in volunteer coordination and event management, allowing her to manage diverse programs and assist with live bookings for world-class experiences.
Vice President of Finance Melanie Tart states, "I am excited to take on the role of Vice President of Finance. Since joining Honeywell Arts & Entertainment in 2003, I’ve been proud to contribute alongside such a dedicated team. I look forward to our continued commitment to excellence in all that we do."
