Honeywell Summer Visual Art Camps are led by professional artists and educators, and offer a fun learning experience exploring various art forms and techniques.

Grades K-1
Three options for this one-week camp:
June 3-7 with Danielle Winger
June 10-14 with Nora Majors
June 17-21 with Taylor Legg
9am-12 pm at the Honeywell Center
$110 per student
Students will explore their creativity and the natural world in a camp that introduces basic art concepts through fun and creative projects. The nature-inspired projects will use items found in nature and a variety of art techniques.
Grades 2-4

Two options for this one-week camp:
June 3-7 or June 10-14
9am-12 pm at the Honeywell Center

Students will have exciting experiences in textile arts and metal repoussé. They will hone their existing drawing skills as they create interactive portraits and more, inspired by art history. The week’s activities will be full of engaging artistic techniques resulting in finished projects worthy of display.
Grades 5-8
Instructor: Nora Majors
One-week camp June 17-21
9 am-12 pm at the Honeywell Center

Students will explore the whimsical side of art, delving into abstract and surrealist ideas and techniques. Participants will think outside the box as we paint, sculpt, draw, and build out-of-this-world masterpieces, sure to spark the imagination.

Students will refine their skills and explore complex techniques in this supportive and fun camp. Projects will include sculpting and painting, and will foster creativity and mastery in an engaging environment.
